Team Formation

How to form teams

Team formation involves setting the number teams you will have in each division and then populating those teams with players and coaches.  Players and coaches will be selected from a pool of eligible participants who are registered for a specific division.

Setting the Number of Teams

1. Click the Admin link in the sidebar menu
2. Click on the name of the program you want to manage
3. Click the Divisions tab
4. Select the division you want to manage
5. Click the Edit button
6. Select the number of teams you will be fielding
7. Click the Save button

Assigning Players and Coaches to Teams

Once you've created the teams within a division, you will be able to add registered players and coaches.

To add players to a team:

1. Click on the division name in the sidebar menu
2. Click the Teams tab
3. Click on the name of the team you want to manage
4. Click the Roster tab
5. Click the Edit button
6. Select from the pool of players
7. Click the Save button

To add coaches

1. Click the Staff tab
2. Click the Edit button
3. Select from the pool of coaches
4. Click the Save button
