<p>Once you've successfully signed in, click the <strong>Coach Registration</strong> link in the sidebar menu.&nbsp; You will be asked to complete a series of forms required by the Diocese, and upon completion your Coach Profile will be created.</p>
<h3><strong>Create Your Coach Profile</strong></h3>
<ol>
<li>Click the <strong>Coach Registration</strong> link in the sidebar menu</li>
<li>Confirm that your name at the top of the screen is your <strong>legal first and last name</strong>.&nbsp; If not, click your user profile link in the upper right and corner of the screen and make corrections to your name.</li>
<li>Complete the series of forms required by the Diocese, and provide your electronic signature on the <strong>Review and Sign</strong> screen.</li>
<li>Click the <strong>Choose a sport</strong> link</li>
<li>Click on the name of the sport you want to coach</li>
<li>Add one or more roles in which you'd like to serve</li>

HOW TO CREATE YOUR PROFILE

 1. Go to: 
 2. Select your parish
 3. Sign in on your program's home page

CREATE YOUR COACH PROFILE

 1. Click the Coach Registration link in the sidebar menu

 5. Click on the name of the sport you want to coach
 6. Add one or more roles in which you'd like to serve
